Flight quotes are private charters subject to aircraft availability, weather, conditions, and air traffic control. All flights are covered by the relevant passenger liability insurance. Unique Charters requires a minimum number of two passengers per flight according to the helicopter type, number of passengers and/or weather conditions.

Passenger weights are to be supplied by the charterer upon booking, a weight variance of more than 20% may incur a full cancellation on the spot with no refund.

The maximum seat capacity varies between aircraft but is limited to 134kg in our R44. Use of other aircraft may impose weight limits and may be determined by proper fitting and correct use of the relevant seat belts.

All passengers to be weighed before boarding the aircraft. Accurate passenger weights are critical for the safe operation of helicopters, please ensure that any supplies passengers’ weights are as accurate as possible. Unique Charters are required by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to measure the weights of all passengers and any cargo that are transported before the flight departs and mismatches between supplied and actual weight can lead to significant delays or non-refundable cancellations in some circumstances.

Unique Charters experiences purchased online do not provide a guaranteed time and date for delivery. The experience purchased must be used on the day specific by the charterer and can be changed at the discretion of Unique Charters.

All product prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian dollars and you shall be solely liable for any currency conversion fee charged by your credit card provider. All bookings paid online, and telephone will require booking staff to obtain a copy of the debit/credit card utilised in the payment with the payment to be processed on delivery. The exception to this circumstance is gift cards purchased via our online system.

Unique Charters reserves the right to cancel any product and refuse entry where Unique Charters reasonably believes same has been obtained in an unlawful or improper manner or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Unique Charters may impose restrictions or limitations on access to flights at any time. Unique Charters may close on a permanent or temporary basis due to inclement weather, safety, maintenance, acts of God or other reasons.

If you have purchased a product for someone else, you must make available or known to them these Terms and Conditions and by their attendance, they shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
